I would like to rescind my first review. I solved my issues by deleting 3 of the 7 devices used on my phone. I read we're 3-4 is the best amount so now I have 4 and the earbuds are working fine and sound fantastic!! I would ask the folks at Cleer to delete my first review or what ever the have to as I do t want it on their site as it's wrong and I don't want to misguide anyone. Just don't have that many devices and you shouldn't have any issues!
