Adults and children 2 years of age and over, Swish one-half capful (2 teaspoons = 10mL) around the mouth over the affected area for at last 1 minute and then spit out. Use up to 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a dentist or healthcare provider

REALLY Works For Pain!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me & my Husband really love this new addition to the Orajel brand! My husband has had some bad pain with his gums(he's currently seeing a dentist for this) and after swishing this Orajel Toothache Medicated Rinse in his mouth for JUST ONE minute his pain was gone! This actually numbed the pain! I did NOT think this would work so well! If you have mouth pain you should give this a try!!
