Great Discovery!!

As someone dealing with IBS-D, I was delighted to find a protein powder I can tolerate. The Dutch Chocolate flavor is really good and my favorite. While the package instructions indicate to prepare a shake using water, I like to use lactose free milk. The drink tastes much richer using milk and gives me a bit more protein. I also use this protein powder in a low FODMAP high protein Chocolate Mug Cake - yum! If it is helpful to anyone, I learned about Isopure Whey Protein Isolate Powder from the FODMAP Everyday website. A superb resource for anyone who has IBS, FODMAP Everyday has articles, product recommendations and lots of low FODMAP recipes like the Chocolate Mug Cake. Thanks Walmart for offering Isopure Whey Protein Isolate Powder!

Isopure was recommended by a nutritionist that was assigned by my sister's doctor to help my sister recover from invasive intestinal surgery. I began using Isopure in my protein drinks as well as in other food dishes we prepared at our house.
