A good hair vitamin

I have only been taking this vitamin one month and most reviewers say you have to give it 3-6 months to realize full benefit. I was skeptical in the beginning that any vitamin could reverse what, in my case, I think is most likely a natural process of aging (I'm not sick; not taking medications) but sometimes desperation will push you to try what you can 🙂. And at this early stage I have to say I think it is actually helping! What I have noticed most is I am not “shedding” hair like I was. Before, I dreaded to shampoo or run a comb through my hair. It is also shinier and more healthy appearing. Even if this is all the benefit I get from this vitamin, it will be worth it to me.

I've been taking Hair Hero for awhile and have noticed a difference in my hair. It does seem to be growing faster (not just on my head!) and I am also getting less hair in my brush. Win win!
