It works fine for it's price.

I read the others and they all bad reviews. IMO this item is fine for what it does for it's price. One of the review said no pressure and no water coming out, I had similar issue at first but I know with many pumps it need to prime first. I put the water in the line, than lift up the line to allow water flow into the pump (drill). That primed it up and pump for like 10 sec and it sucks up the water and out come the water. Every use after that doesn't need priming, so I guess it keep the water inside which mean I have to bring it in or else it'll freeze and damage the pump. Overall it works fine as it should. The water does shoot out strong but imo it's not much stronger than from the garden hose, only different is it come out a small stream so it's a bit more concentrate. And it fail to remove the oil like grim that I want. Seeing how it couldn't remove the grim, I ouch the stream and it doesn't hurt much just like the garden hose. I'll use it for other stuff. Just a basic battery powered pump without a tank.

Item arrived and I charged both batteries. Only one battery works. When it is plugged up it shows a green light on the battery and ready to go. I have tried attaching it to the pressure washer and it doesn't work. I took it off, attached the other and it works. I ordered a two battery portable pressure washer for a reason. It also does not give enough power. I will definitely be returning this item. It looked used when I opened the box.
