Great Low Sodium Chili Beans

These chili beans are great, less than $1.00 a can. Best thing is LESS salt to keep blood pressure down. Take one pound of ground chicken, 2 cans of Chili beans, two cans of RANCH beans one pack of LOW sodium taco mix, onion/garlic powder. One can chopped tomatoes, (low sodium). Cook on low heat for 1 hour. This is not spicy but its real good and feeds the whole family. I add Sriracha and kick it up a bit. I eat this once a week. AND it tastes better the next day. ENJOY !!

I package low sodium Taco mix....,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,$.60 cents one can of low sodium chopped tomatoes......$1.00 Garlic/onion powder For about $9.00 you can make a pot of chili that will feed a whole family, or a couple for several days. ALL DELIVERED BY WALMART WITH GREAT VALUE PRODUCTS........... Want a change? Switch to beef or pork. This is LOW sodium. I just lost 150 %23 in the last year eating EGGs and fish and this chili. .............TRUTH !! JF 80 years old.

Walmart is the only place I've found canned seasoned chili beans without added salt. These are mildly seasoned, not spicy, convenient and a true Great Value.
