[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This biryani pack comes with everything you would need to make yummy mouthwatering biryani. It has the needed spices , bay leaves, clove, cinnamon stick , cardamom pods all in a separate pack. Then there's Basmati Rice and gravy masala. It comes with clear instructions as how to make it . You can't go wrong with it. You can add the spice mix while making the rice to give it that extra flavor or just add to the clarified butter ( ghee) initially while making the biryani. I cooked the rice separately and prepared the gravy with vegetables separately. I used lots of different veggies as I love it but you can add what ever you like. I used veggies and paneer since I am vegetarian. The grave mix is ready to use and there's no need to add anything to it. Once the mix with veggies was ready , I added the cooked rice and mixed it all and tada yummy delish biryani is ready. I loved the fact that I didn't need to add anything from my spice cabinet besides clarified butter. A lot of time pre packed food has a very distinct smell or taste to it , but this once doesn't. It tastes as fresh as it can be. I absolutely love the taste and the fact that I can make it so fast as the gravy is already made. It's one pack meal.
