If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. For external use only. great stuff but small tube
I figured out you have to twist the top to the on position in order to use. I first warmed the tube up next to my body since I don't like anything cold on my knees. It worked great for my knee and ankle pain. The problem is that the tube is so small I lost it. The pain relief lasted overnight.
