Full Circle Tenacious C Cast Iron Brush and Scraper with with Bamboo Handle Gray

Gordon Ramsay says you must cook steaks in cast iron pans. My husband is always looking for a way to make better steaks so he bought a cast-iron pan. Cast iron pans are tough but sensitive. Seasoning the cast iron pans takes a long time and you do not want that to come off. Food must be scraped off but the seasoning could come off if not used with a proper brush. Steel bristles tend to scratch off the seasoning along with the food, which is not good. The Full Circle cast iron is great! The brush has tough nylon bristles that gently removes even hard stuck on food only with water. There is a scraper on the other end that removes food residue that the bristles cannot remove. I like the ergonomic handle for a better grip. I'm glad I purchased this brush.

First off the shipping was super fast although it never showed a tracking number it did arrive way before the arrival date of 9/27. Also this is the first "marketplace" seller that has actually returned an email I sent to them and the communication is stellar. This brush has stiff but gentle bristles and will be perfect for my cast iron skillets and my cast iron stove grates. I would highly recommend this item and this seller!
