I don't remember how I heard about Saffron, but i never go anywhere or talk to anyone, so it had to be online somewhere (probably youtube ) It mentioned mood, and my ears perked up because that is a problem for me. I have tried everything. After taking it for just a few days ,I felt like going outside. That's big for me.
