Instructions: Mix 1 packet of powder into 1/2 cup of warm water. Allow solution to stand for 3 minutes. Soak dental appliance at least 20 minutes daily to clean, but you may leave it in all day (or night) for badly-soiled appliances. Remove loosened particles with a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly under running water before use.
