One of my personal favorite winter vegetables
Finding it difficult to cut acorn or butternut squash in half this packaging solved my problem. I prepare it similarly, in the oven with butter and a light sprinkle of brown sugar. The bag is not enough generous for several people. I think a family of 4 would need two bags.
