The service representative offered a number of recommended solutions and we were in contact for over 25 minutes, working through these options. The service rep was well informed and very patient in trying to help me with the problem. When all my friends were buying their Keurig coffee makers, I had the opinion that it was not a necessary appliance in my kitchen. When I finally bought one - with coupons and cash back offers - I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it.
