The pans are light. The heat up quickly and spread the heat well. The non-stick coating cleans very easily and does not scratch easily. No teflon to get in your brain. I've used one four times now and the bottom has stayed flat. This is not an adequate test for longevity. Thin Aluminum pans often experience a phase change over time that makes the bottom become rounded. When that happens they are no good on glass topped ranges like mine. So far, so good.

Great Set

The skillet set is 98 per cent nonstick but it must have a little oil or water added to the pan. Instructions advise not to use sprays, so I add a little bit of olive oil and cook at a lower temperature. It's a lot better than holding onto old skillets that require soaking and scraping to remove the residue. They are very easy to clean. I really like the set of three and the size as I can cook or warm up items at the same time.
