Who is Classic Creatine ideal for? Classic Creatine can be used by anyone who lifts weights regularly and wants to gain muscle size, strength, and stamina. Our creatine-rich formula is especially helpful for so-called hard gainers (i.e. individuals who have an especially difficult time gaining and/or retaining muscle) and anyone who has hit a training plateau (i.e. a period of diminished gains). If you're returning to the gym after an an extended absence, Classic Creatine will act as a catalyst to get your muscles back in shape and help build mass. How should I use it? There are essentially two ways to take creatine. Method 1: Take 5g (1 scoop) of creatine daily. If you've never taken creatine before, this method will gradually increase its level inside your muscles, causing them to increase in size, strength, and stamina over time. Method 2 is known as loading; start by taking 5g of creatine, four times daily (a total of 20 g), for one week. Following this, you take 5g daily on a consistent basis. Because the loading method causes your muscles to accumulate creatine quicker, you will also notice benefits more rapidly. It's a little costly but you pay for the best.
I guess it does works! I gained some size on my arms in a month I didn't notice but other people did.It doesn't make you feel blotted or fat but can't notice any taste. Which I like. Buying it again . I bought a different brand gave me a tummy ache and nightmares. I gave the rest to the cat now his walking around showing us his fangs and hissing all the time?Jk! I stopped using the other brand. Old school is the best work out hard and watch what you eat.youll get results.

All benefits for me
I like this product. I can't taste it, and I've been able to train legs more frequently. I don't even get a bad stomach or bloating from this. I've seen YouTube videos warning about creatine, in general, for these two reasons, but this creatine is fine.

Simple and clean
Nothing fancy and it's just plain old Creatine Monohydrate. This mixes well in water leaving a near tasteless flavor. When mixed with protein powder it tends to make the flavor slightly chalky, but is more than acceptable and blends in well if used in a Blender Bottle. After using several other brands and HCL versions of Creatine, I found OSL's Creatine Monohydrate and have stuck with in since.
