I'm extremely pleased with this heavy cast iron sauce pot. It's very good quality. Heavy and very nice. I bought it for small cooking projects along with using it as a sauce pot. A single person could benefit with this item. It would be nice for pasta sauce. It's extremely high quality. The only thing that I would enjoy more is if it came with a lid and if the price was a bit better. The price was a bit high for not including a clear lid. The pot is terrific for my cooking surface.
