Powerful!

Great power in the burners - water boils in a snap! Yet, multiple burners allow for a slow simmer as well. The diveristy of options on the cooktop are so helpful when you have multiple pots going at once! So far, we've found the oven to cook evenly when roasting and broiling, but haven't had a chance to bake in it yet. Burner plates and grates clean up easily with a little baking soda and mild detergent.

Great appliance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time purchasing the same oven. I love it . I'm an avid cook and this meets my every need. Great flame control with the knobs. One is able to simply simmer without burning a delicate sauce or can speedily heat to the boiling point. I moved k to an another home less than a year ago so left my first GE profile in my other home. This house I moved into had a 1 year old oven . It was not an inexpensive one but it didn't compare to my GE profile. The precision controls make all the difference !! I'm thrilled to own another great GE product.

I would highly recommend this model

Love this oven. Fit perfectly. So far I do notice the oil spatters show up a lot more on this black stainless color. Keeps me on my toes to keep it nice and clean.
