I can't praise this hip extension enough! Other ones out there are WAY more expensive and not as solid as this one! CAP is such an underrated player in the fitness game. They've always come through with great equipment and dumbbells in my opinion. I have a messed up low back so hip/back extensions are something I do on the regular and this piece in my garage gym was an excellent addition! Pictures are for size reference next to an echo bike and overall solidness (disregard the chalk marks on pads).
