Viewedge 24-inch Gaming Monitor, 165Hz Frameless IPS Panel, FHD 1080p and HDR 10 (Black)

I've been using this monitor for about 2 weeks for work. As a 1440 IPC monitor for work, it is really just excellent. I am using a Mac with a USB-C to DisplayPort, but it also worked great with the included HDMI hooked to my Mac. HDMI to HDMI was a bit harder to configure the monitor settings and DisplayPort is definitely better. I tried USB C to HDMI but the cable heated up a lot. I don't recommend this. Image is clear, text is easier to read at 1440 over 1080, and the larger real estate is fantastic. Downgrading to 1080 isn't great, so if this would be too small for you, stick with a 24 inch monitor. There's the slightest shading on the edges depending on my angle but it isn't bothering me. A curved monitor might solve this but I wanted IPC which is not available curved. I can't say how long this will last. I've never had a monitor fail ever. My research indicated this manufacturer has been around a long time and knowing people can be really rough on their equipment, I have to take the negative reviews with that in mind. If this gives me issues, I'll update this review. I like the 3 year warrantee and the website seems like they might support this product well. Time will tell. Got this around Black Friday 2025 for about $109.
