Thick quality leather

I bought these for my chandelier installer so that he would not cut himself on one of the many sharp wires that hold the crystals together. My finger bled just from lifting one a few inches out of the box, so I know how painful it can be and if he's holding the fixture while standing on top of a ladder, he might drop it, fall, or both. So better safe than sorry. These seem to be high quality, and the description says "puncture resistant" which they should be considering their thickness.
