Halleluia! It is a fabulous machine.

This monster shredder is fabulous! Heavy duty - 16 sheets at a time, alerts you when bin is full, lets you know if you have too thick a bunch of papers. Has a reverse feature to back out over-thick stacks of papers. Great for envelopes, and special slot for credit cards, plastic coated cards of any type, business cards, even shreds very thin cardboard. It is on wheels, so it is easy to move from room to room, the bin has a large capacity ad is easily removable. On the rare times when the blades get gummed up (too much gummed paper) the top of the shredder lifts off and you can just turn it over and pull the papers out then reset in the top grooves of the overall casing. Not sure what the warranty is, but ours has been used daily for about 10 years now and I just use a little oil on the blades to lubricate them every couple of years.
