First off- taste is great! Second- low glycemic, doesn't raise levels. Keto friendly and no guilt. I use it on super thin keto bagels from Walmart or low carb bread. Also soooo good poured over a brick of warm cream cheese and use as a dip with cinnamon pork rinds!

Good Good Peach Jam is my absolute favorite, it is delicious!. I avoid sugar, and sometimes this means sacrificing flavor. That is not the case with Good Good Peach Jam. It tastes great and is so easy to spread on my keto toast. Its taste is as good as, if not better than, other brands' sugared jam. Good Good Peach jam is a delicious ray of sunshine to start any day!
