good rice so far
I'm much more familiar with regular long grain rice, and the project I bought the stuff for is ongoing. so take to account the incomplete nature of my review. it is what I think to be a good sticky rice. I bought the rice so that I could Brew some rice wine. so far I have the whole bag in a fermenter bubbling away in a satisfactory way. long term, I still don't know if it'll make a decent sake or not, but it looks good. I imagine this rice would be good for eating too, but I've not tried that yet. would buy again.

Great absorption.
Great sticky rice! I used two and a half cups of water for two cups of this rice. Rinsed the rice well, mixed rice and water over medium heat until it came to a good boil, turned heat all the way down to the lowest setting, covered with a lid, and let cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I turned the heat off, and let it sit for 10 minutes with the lid on. After 10 minutes I fluffed with a fork! Divine tasting and texture!
