preheats super quickly, but gets very hot for baking so no good for summer. Will use for toasting year round tho. Bakes up nicely and once it reaches temperature the elements scarcely come back on so theres no burning of the surfaces. It bakes up a little quicker than in the oven so check 10 min ahead of finish if you're baking up a frozen lasagna etc. Haven't tried the air fry yet but can't wait to try it. I like it that it has a pull out crumb shelf in the bottom so it's easy to clean up if you create a mess. I had a very small space so I had to get this smaller oven but because of the heat I must pull it out every time and if using the bake function I have to move it to the stove top as it makes the cupboard bottom so hot it might ignite. Hoping to save energy by not using oven with this appliance so we shall see when the bill comes in.
