Hamilton Beach Stack & Snap Compact Food Processor | Model# 70510

I've used my Jack LaLanne juicer on and off for about 10 plus years and it finally broke a few weeks ago when I did the bad thing and kept loading up the juicer with veggies before turning it on causing it to jam and break. I noticed that the new Jack LaLanne juicers were about half the weight as mine and were getting bad reviews. They just looked cheaply made. When I picked up this Hamilton Beach juicer I noticed that the motor was heavy and seemed durable like my previous JL juicer and it offered a 5 year warrant so I bought this one. My previous juicer never really juiced everything thoroughly and the discarded veggies seemed to be still moist so I'd often just put some though the juicer a second time. Although this juicer was much louder than my old one, the discarded veggies appeared to be dry as wood dust. There is no way you could put the veggies through this one a second time. However, this one produced quite a bit of froth, something my old juicer didn't do. I believe this was the trade off to have a juicer that literally removed everything from the pulp - you're going to have more juice but also more froth. My opinion is don't waste your money on the cheaper Jack LaLanne juicers. I'm guessing they won't last long and you'll just be frustrated with the lack of power and quality. A friend of mine had an Omega juicer and I found that to be much slower to use but produced no froth. I find this Hamilton Beach juicer to be of solid quality, cleans easily in minutes after use and is a snap to put together. I would definitely recommend this juicer to anyone and have to give it a 5/5. stars.
