The skute is so perfect! My husband uses it to get to work just down the road and is perfect. It goes at a pretty good speed and our dog loves it too. We take him on runs with it!! The only bad thing is if there is even the slightest of hills it slows down majorly n also depletes the battery.small hill goin up x2,to store n home takes fully charged 4 bars down to 2 IF I'm lucky,sometimes 1 bar or does if it's night n I have to use the headlight. Can't seem to get on a website for the brand of scooter from Walmart site or from user manual,I was looking to c if battery upgrade is possibility n no luck so far from any of ur or their websites n no customer service number that I can find.
