I was just in Italy and toured a Pasta Factory where I learned about the differences the bronze molds and cutting compared to our standard ways we have always eaten it. This is really great Pasta for this price especially. I don't think I will buy regular ever now.

We decided one night to make some lemon chicken, and thought to pair this with some nice pasta. We went to Walmart, and purchased something a bit different - Fusilli Bucati, and looked great. Packaged real well. Cooking instructions were straightforward, but we decided to make the dish al-dente as a side dish. What a great decision - it came out just right. We paired this pasta with some Rao's sauce with some parmigiano reggiano cheese, and we were in heaven. The texture is very good, and makes you want to have more. As a pasta fan, this is one of the better boxed pastas that you can get.
