A great pan with many uses
This was purchased for stir fry but really had become a go to vessel. It is easy to clean, conducts the heat well, is roomy enough for larger batches. This pan handles meats, vegetables, eggs and do much more. The cleanup is quite easy enough and the depth gives the right amount of cooking area. The only change you'll want to make is a good set of wooden cooking utensils. I'm not going to test the scratch resistance when I can be responsible in the care.
