Surprised by how well it works for us. My daughter and I wanted to try it out. It has helped with both our memory and “brightness”. We're not mathematicians now nor can solve world peace but it has helped our day to day issues. It is sweet, but that helps the flavor by far. Though once in a while you'll get a heavy “mushroomy” one. Would recommend.

better memory, stronger nails

I have had horrible memory issues for a number of years and last year, it was so bad, one day I forgot which petal was the gas. I know 😳🥹. I started taking vegan Omega 3, Gingko biloba and the fungies and got off gabapentin, because memory loss and early dementia are side effects. how do I know that the fungies are a part of my improved memory and cleared brain fog? Another side effect of the fungies are stronger nails. My nails used to be really hard and then they started to peel and chip for any reason. I have been using biotin gummies with some success. after the fungies, they were as hard or harder than they were before premenopause. Not expensive. It does sometimes have the mushroom taste underlying the artificial flavor, but that's a momentary issue
