Great bargain packaging, of a much used item!

Granddaughter has decided her digestive life goes much more smoothly if she takes these whenever she wants to eat anything containing dairy. Best I understand, she is not terribly "intolerant" but gets uncomfortably gasy without them. Young children think "tooting" funny, but as a teen girl began to seek cure or avoidance. Apparently usual suspects of beans, tacos %26 such got ruled out %26 lactose took front %26 center in the criminal line up. And we all try to be sure we are carrying spares for her in our purses, glove boxes, each medicine cabinet. Been buying the $6 boxes three at a time. One of these is 3 boxes of tablets for less money. With summer's Ice Cream Season at hand, buying 3 of THIS sized box should last us awhile! No offense to the name brand. But these work just as well for FAR less money than the big name brands! More money to spend on the ice cream! 😉😘🙃

Relief and prevention of bloating and gas!

After receiving my Ileostomy, I was no longer able to tolerate my favorite food group: dairy. Upon trying these tablets, I was happy to be able to consume milk, ice cream, and cheese, once again. I prefer the Equate vanilla over the brand name vanilla tablets, and found both brands work well.

I buy these quite often since as I have gotten older my intolerance has increased in severity. I largely try to avoid dairy but I cannot give up ice cream, pizza or lasagna. I keep a couple of these in all of my purses, totes and backpacks. They have yet to fail me. They taste pretty good. Just remember based on the amount of dairy consumed you might need to take more than one.
