Useful well designed lightweight axe

I had a tree grow through my chainlink fence and this hatchet was the best performer for removing most of the wood. In additional, the hatchet poll is useful for hammering nails. If I were an old-school carpenter, this tool would be my go-to tool. I found the packaging cover with a turn-lock useful in keeping cutting edge protected while stored. I was a bit disappointed in how the cutting edge of the hatchet reacted to the chainlink fence. Not sure if the blade is carbon steel for a $20 garden/wood tool. Now I need a sharpener! The tool has a rubberized grip, and hard plastic surrounding the middle cheek of the hatchet. The handle shaft is hollow, and the knob of the handle is comfortable for gripping when momentum requires length (and/or weight). All-in-all, a great tool for the toolbox, at an affordable price.
