Delicious! I highly recommend these mini cupcakes! Now if Walmart can make Patriotic Red White and Blue Cupcakes for the upcoming holidays that would be AWESOME! White cake mix, Red Strawberry Jello, Blueberry Jello and Stabilized Frosting that won't melt in Summer hot weather. Divide batter into 3 bowls. Mix Red Strawberry Jello into the 1st bowl, Mix Blueberry Jello into the 2nd bowl and leave the batter in the 3rd bowl white/plain. Spoon Blue batter first into the bottom of cupcake liners, then spoon in White Batter on top of Blue Batter, then spoon Red Batter over the White Batter. Lightly swirl if desired. Bake, then cool and Frost
