Items were unusable.

I was very disappointed with this item. When I opened the box, the air fresheners were leaking all over because the gel had turned to liquid. I can't use them, and I had to throw them away. It was a waste of money because they were unusable. I used to buy them all the time, but I won't be doing that anymore.
