Great little kitchen gadget! This is my first food processor and I'm really enjoying using it. It's easy to use, has two speeds, and washes up easily. Perfect for homemade salsas and sauces, pureeing nuts and seeds, and making fillings for dumplings. I never felt like I could get our blender to work just right but this does the job quickly and easily.

This item is Small %26 Compact But Works Great. I chops stuff up in little pieces, Saves a lot of time if you did it manually, %26 it cleans easy w/ a non-scratch sponge, if you don't want to scratch the plastic. I mostly use it to chop peppers, in little tiny (5mm) pieces, like bell, shishito, halapenos, etc, you can use to just saute, or saute %26 put in scrambled eggs, or raw in salads, I don't get the juice that some reviewers claim it makes if you chop it too small, but I only chop to about 5mm - there might be some bigger chunks here %26 there, but they are mostly even in size. I assume it will work as well w/ onions. It can also mince garlic %26 save you time if you just remove the skin off the garlic cloves.
