These have helped in so many ways--- I use a wheelchair. One of my smaller tires split while I was traveling.I used a good glue and held it with the pliers for a couple days. That tire has held ever since. An apartment had hooks in the carpet. Ouch! The pliers grasped them, I yanked 'em. Ah... I could go on and on. They are worth their weight in gold. Shoes I have fixed, etc.
