Great Pan!

I have only used this pan a couple of time so far, but the times I have used it went well. I bought this ceramic pan to get away from the highly available teflon coated pans on the market. I was using a teflon previously and was looking for something to replace it. This one seems to do the trick so far. i would recommend to follow the instructions that were provided in order to "season the pan". I would say these steps are relatively common these days and will more than likely help the longevity. If the pan doesn't seem to function properly after a certain point, I will try to update this review. In the meantime, this has been good so far and I would recommend it to others.

I just purchased this Carote skillet, and it is a life saver! It cooks evenly and cleans up effortlessly. A game changer: the light weight of this item. I find it nearly impossible to navigate my beloved cast iron cookware now, and this brand has solved the issue. I ordered a second piece today. Also, very affordable, IMO. Thank you, Carote!
