Small, light but cool

When this is griddle is described as mini they aren't kidding. However, it is an item that does the job for me. I needed just a small griddle to cook pancakes separately and this is perfect. It will hold two medium size pancakes. The griddle is very light so when you try to flip anything you have to hold on to the end of the griddle or it just slides across the stove. This is a minor problem considering the price. I believe this will also work well for grilled cheese sandwiches.

Medium or a bit higher heat seems best.

I think it just great for eggs and sausage etc., on the same pan, especially for one maybe two people. Grilled sandwiches for two nice.
