These taste great. I only bumped down the review because they're a little pricey. I like that they don't have a lot of extra filler or anything in them but the fact that they taste so good is awesome. They're good if you just wanna touch a dessert or if you want a tiny snack I suppose you could eat two at a time I have to make myself not eat more than one, but I take one of them when I have to take pills early in the morning before I get a chance to cook breakfast
