I mix this in with my protein drink in the morning and it mixes fairly well. It does mix better in a hot beverage but not a big deal either way to me. Taste is fine. My nails are definitely getting stronger from using this! Sports Research is a brand I trust also.

I started to lose my hair and I research that peptide is good for you. This is one of the products that was recommended. I tried it. I have it in my coffee every morning no taste, but it does help when it comes to regulating my everyday stomach. I will re-order this on subscription.

Good quality

Just started using this for joint health. Seems good quality and is 3rd party tested which I've read is very important. The taste is not great but I cannot compare to others as I haven't tried many. I figured out that if you add this to your protein shake and use whole milk it masks the taste very well!
