Even Uniform Baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the opportunity to use the oven a couple of times, but find there's a great improvement over our 20-year-old appliance. Our first baking experience had everything come out like a professional. In terms of the microwave, we're still getting use to the "cool down," which seems to operate longer than the actual microwaving for quick heating. But we love the space and ease of use.

WHO KNEW?!!???!!!

We chose this wall oven for the features, but wow-we didn't know it had ALL these features! The only drawback is, I need to learn how to use it. I wish the microwave had shortcuts for cook time-ie: pressing "4" for four minutes of cook time. It probably does, but I don't have a clue how to do that! Time to access the online owners manual!
