Street Kitchen Chicken Tikka Masala Indian Meal Kit, 9 oz, Shelf Stable

i am a huge fane of Indian food. This name brand is my favorite and tastes just like what is served in some restaurants. For a purchased sauce im happy. instructions are easy and few ingredients needed. it does have a little kick to it which i liked.

The meal kit was easy to follow. The kicker was using the spice packet to enhance the flavors by sautéing the spices separately in a pan for prior to adding them directly to the recipe. I added in coconut milk and tomato paste to make the sauce, a little bit richer, and creamer for my taste, but it would've been fine without it. Served over Jasmine rice this would've been great with chicken steak, shrimp or the meal kit was easy to follow.
