These are SO good, and I'm one of those people who normally despises coconut. I mean, I normally gag on it and I'm not exaggerating, but I swear I'm a changed woman thanks to these little treats. The cocoa center has tooth when you bite into it, like a dense shortbread dough, and then that's rolled in coconut and whatever else they use to make these little guys so darn delicious. I tried them out of sheer desperation the first time—only because I was ravenously hungry as I waited in a slow-moving line at one of those stores where they tempt you with all kinds of unusual treats as you wait to check out. I was so hungry I would have eaten sand, so the coconut didn't frighten me that day. And, by golly, I'm sure glad I tried them! They are really, really delish!!! Go ahead—give them a go.
