I use this in practically anything savory. My husband has had a triple coronary bypass, so we are vegetarians and avoid butter, due to the saturated fat content. This is a lovely replacement. The one thing I would change is the shaker. The holes are too small. I switch it out with the shaker from a used umami seasoning bottle with the bigger holes. Works great!

A good hard shake to get a good amount.

Aside from these seasonings being a bit, moist? They're pretty good. The ingredients are quality. The taste is above par. Getting it out of the shaker is a bit troublesome, but it mixes real well im clumps.
