This pot is huge! I bought it so that I could make larger amounts of cheese at one time and this fits the bill. I will also make soups and beans. I especially like that I can cook whatever I wish and still have a lot of stirring toom. This is the upgraded 42 qt pot, as the base allows for better temperature control.
