This pot is just what I wanted! I needed an 8 quart pot to replace my old Teflon coated pot. The Teflon is peeling off of the bottom of the pot, and mixing in with my soups and stews. and this is not healthy. This new ceramic pot will not crack or peel like Teflon and will not be harmful to my families's health. It sits flat on my ceramic stove top, and heats evenly. And the strainer lid is a plus as my old pot did not have this feature and was very awkward to drain. It is dishwasher safe, and the cornflower blue color with satin gold handles is very pretty. Im looking forward to replacing more of my old pots with this new collection. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I am also extremely satisfied with the delivery before it's actual due date. Very good shipping service from Walmart.
