Shipped cheaper iron than what I ordered!!!

Was not sent the iron I ordered. Called the shipper and was told the iron I received was the same value as the one I ordered. Checked your website and it's a cheaper model and costs $20 less!!! I will be returning this iron. By the way, there were parts missing in the package as well!!!
