This 1 gal. concentrate is EPA registered and works as a mold killer and remover, targeting mold, mildew, and bacteria on a variety of indoor surfaces. Moldex Mold Killer is ideal for use as a wall mold killer, drywall mold killer, and wood mold killer, making it a versatile solution for household cleaning needs. It is also approved for hospital sanitizing purposes, ensuring thorough disinfecting, sanitizing, cleaning, and deodorizing. The fresh clean scent leaves treated areas smelling refreshed. For best results, preclean surfaces before application, spray 6-8 in. from the surface until thoroughly wet, and allow surfaces to remain wet for at least 1 minute. After disinfection, food contact surfaces should be rinsed with potable water. Moldex Mold Killer is suitable for use in homes, hospitals, and restoration sites, providing reliable protection against mold and mildew. Preclean prior to disinfection. Spray 6-8 inches from
surface, until surfaces are thoroughly wet. Do not breathe spray. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 1 minute for disinfection against bacteria. Follow virucidal or Fungicidal directions when using as a virucidal or fungicidal agent. Wipe dry with a clean cloth, sponge, mop or allow to air dry.
Food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water after disinfection. Do not use on utensils, glassware and dishes.

Works good, smells great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried a lot of bathroom and shower cleaners, but Moldex has been my favorite. It works fast and requires minimal scrubbing. You just spray it on, let it sit, and wipe up or let it air dry. I used it in my bathroom and was amazed at how easily it got rid of mold and mildew stains. What I really like is that it has a fresh, clean scent instead of that harsh chemical smell. Highly recommend Moldex!

Effective mold killer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with how effective and easy to apply this product is. You do have to take safety precautions of not bringing it in and probably wearing gloves, but you can just leave it to dry and not worry about it.
