I love these! Only two ingredients! "Water %26 flour" woohoo! I've ordered these several times %26 have noted that some boxes seem fresher than others, but I always store open boxes in my refrigerator, which does seem to soften them up a bit if they sit there for awhile (which is not often, because I usually wipe out a whole box in 3-4 days LOL).

You don't have to be Jewish to enjoy Manischewits Matzos (unleavened bread.) Just like a big cracker. You can make great dinner plates with it or use it along with stew, soup, jelly and peanut butter. Use your imagination for fun filled food dishes.
