I personally have always kept my Oreo cookies in the freezer. They just taste better with that extra little snap. After tasting the extra creamy Mega Stuf Oreo, I can't go back to even the double stuf Oreos because I prefer the extra creamy filling. Of course, there is still the good taste of the chocolate cookie, which seems to be even more chocolatey because of the filling.

Extra filling nice for food fun

We like the extra filling, although the cookies don't stay together as well. We got these to food craft Thanksgiving turkeys, sticking candy corns in it around the cookie. (And adding candy eyes on the cookie part.) Fun and yummy. The extra filling makes it easier to stick the candy corns into.
