Taste awesome
I have to say these biotin gummies taste awesome. I have only been taking it a week and a half so I haven't noticed any difference in my hair or nails yet but I think over time it might work so I will update my review when I finish the bottle. I do recommend this product.

Yummy and effective
Love, love, love these Vegan High Potency Hair Growth Biotin Gummies by SHIFAA NUTRITION! Not only do they taste great, but they also really work. I've noticed hair growth as well as less hair loss. My nails have been growing so much faster than usual, and they seem to be a bit stronger too. Overall I think this product is excellent, and I will continue to keep using it. It is so simple to eat two little gummies every morning or really whenever you want to.

Strengthened my nails
I've been taking these for close to a month. They do seem to have helped strengthen my nails. When I started taking them I had thick brittle nails that split at the ends. Now they are healthier looking and are not splitting because they seem less brittle. They taste good and have a pleasant texture, as well. I plan to continue taking them!
